2. Support the team in coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling and sending out invitations.
3. Create and update spreadsheets in MS-Excel to track important data and information.
4. Draft and proofread correspondence and reports in MS-Word with a high level of accuracy.
5. Develop presentations using MS-PowerPoint to communicate key information to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects to contribute to the overall success of the company.
