1.Key Responsibilities:
Database Management: Organize, update, and maintain accurate records in the department's databases.
Filing and Documentation: Handle physical and digital filing of records, ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
Basic Research Work: Assist in gathering data, analyzing reports, and presenting findings to support decision-making processes.
HR Operations (Optional): Explore areas like employee engagement, recruitment, and onboarding if interested in HR operations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other database tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality
