Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain and update office records and databases using MS-Word and MS-Excel
2. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS-PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
3. Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, conferences, and training sessions
6. Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely maintenance
7. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
