About the internship

As an Administration intern at Tiny Miracles, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Office, and MS-PowerPoint, as well as strong written and spoken English skills, will be put to good use as you support various administrative tasks within the company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with data entry and analysis using MS-Excel to track and report on various business metrics
2. Drafting professional emails and memos with high attention to detail and accuracy
3. Coordinating meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
4. Creating visually appealing presentations in MS-PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders
5. Managing and organizing electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility
6. Providing general administrative support to team members as needed, including coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance
7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing your creativity and problem-solving skills to drive success for Tiny Miracles.
