As an Admin Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the employer and the team in organising and managing their daily tasks and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested (training will be provided).
2. Assist with travel arrangements, team accountability and Bitrix performance monitoring and task assistance (tool training will be provided).
3. Conduct research on various topics and compile information for decision-making purposes.
4. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organising, and maintaining records.
5. Run errands and manage personal tasks as requested by the employer.
6. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
7. Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Provide general support to ensure the employer's needs are met efficiently and effectively.
