About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the founder in HR projects, including the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews)
2. Supporting learning and development (L&D) by scheduling modules and placements
3. Contributing to HR projects, including policies, processes, and the employee handbook
4. Ensuring legal compliance in HR practices
5. Managing social media marketing initiatives
