5. Respond to inquiries, emails & messages; answer calls when required.
6. Organise client data, attend to their queries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Collect comprehensive information on a variety of topics as needed.
8. Perform other administrative tasks & assist with store activities.
9. Assist the CEO in the completion of any task, as required
