Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and conferences.
2. Manage and update databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
4. Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
5. Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes.
6. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to challenges.
7. Take on ad hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
