About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage & convert leads for versatile upGrad programs which are in collaboration with renowned universities/institutes such as IIITB, BIMTECH, IMT Ghaziabad, Deakin Business School, IITM Liverpool Business School, and MICA
2. Provide in-depth information to prospective learners, which includes counseling through phone calls, emails, chats, and social media
3. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
4. Ensure that the details about lead discussions & conversion are updated in real-time on the CRM (Salesforce) software
5. Work towards adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management
6. Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded
