Admission Counsellor Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle inbound & outbound calls and inquiries from prospective students regarding our programs and admissions process.
2. Provide detailed information about our institution, programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
3. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and needs.
4. Guide students through the application process, including assisting with the completion of application forms and the submission of required documents.
5. Address any concerns or questions raised by students regarding the admissions process, academic programs, financial aid options, etc.
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
7. Meet or exceed enrollment targets by effectively closing admissions with qualified applicants.
8. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the admissions process and enhance the overall student experience.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and changes in admission policies or regulations.
