Admissions Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact the leads provided by the admission team through calls
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls
3. Follow up on inquiries and database
4. Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting their requirement
5. Explain to them the eligibility criteria, admission procedure, course structure, and course details
6. Enroll students in courses offered by the institution
7. Respond to information requests
8. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Should be a graduate from a recognized college/university
2. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
3. Prior telecalling experience preferred
4. Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
5. Professional email and phone communication is required
