Ads Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible
2. Creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences
3. Building out campaign frameworks inside ad accounts
4. Optimizing and scaling campaigns
5. Providing reports for managers, which includes ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for campaigns
6. Working with the design team to coordinate graphic design projects
7. Collaborating with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
8. Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels & strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
9. Measuring and optimizing our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
10. Managing the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
