Affiliate Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify the potential and direct campaigns.
2. Manage domestic as well as international delivery of CPL, CPS, and CPA campaigns.
3. Manage end-to-end communication with advertisers as well as publishers.
4. Work on onboarding and managing affiliates, ensuring the meeting of advertising KPIs and publisher expectations.
5. Handle publisher engagement and retention.
6. Coordinate with the client servicing and cross-functional team to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
7. Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best results.
8. Generate monthly and weekly reports of the delivered campaigns.
9. Ensure proper information sharing with the cross-functional team and affiliates.
10. Deal with direct publishers to promote campaigns on a CPL/CPA basis.

Requirements:

1. B. Tech/BCA/BBA/MBA/B.Com candidates.
2. Good understanding of the CPL/CPA/CPS model of operations.
3. Should have 0-4 years of experience in CPL, CPS, or CPA delivery (freshers can also apply)
4. Should be a critical thinker.
5. Strong prospecting skills and the ability to get creative in finding new opportunities and negotiating deals.
6. Decent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
7. Self-motivated and focused on achieving the assigned work.
