About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in handling customer queries related to product usage and service requests
2. Work closely with the technical team to track and resolve product issues
3. Maintain records of complaints and service tickets
4. Help in preparing reports on after-sales performance and customer feedback
5. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Support the senior team in day-to-day after-sales operations
