About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed
2. Communicate changing customer needs to the top management
3. Meet potential people in the natural market
4. Persuade them to become advisors for RNLIC by explaining the benefits and
5. remuneration by creating a win-win situation
6. Grow advisor base perpetually
7. Regularly hold the meetings with a branch manager for training advisors on various
8. Assist advisors in closing crucial sales call
9. Work as a coach for the team of advisors
10. Make daily sales call
11. Make field visits to generate leads for sales on a daily basis
12. Follow up on already generated leads to close them successfully

1. Renew the policy's sold in the earlier year for maintaining optimum persistency

2. A Graduate degree within the age group of 25 to 40 years, who has been a local resident for some time

3. At least 2 years' experience of field sales jobs in any industry

4. Team handling experience of more than 6 months would be a plus

5. Means to travel locally via owned or reliable public conveyance
