About the internship
Are you passionate about plants, sustainability, and horticulture? Join us at Pick Your Plant as a plant care & maintenance intern and contribute to the future of urban gardening! As part of our dynamic team, you'll get hands-on experience working with a variety of plants, and playing a key role in ensuring the health and growth of our diverse plant collection. This is your chance to be part of an innovative project focused on sustainability and green living.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and assess the health of plants, ensuring they remain free from pests, diseases, and stress.
2. Assist in maintaining proper watering and irrigation systems to promote healthy growth.
3. Ensure plants receive the optimal environment for growth, including adjustments to light, temperature, and humidity.
4. Collaborate with the team to develop and refine plant care routines focused on maintaining health without the need for cutting or pruning.
5. Record and analyze data on plant health, soil conditions, and environmental factors to continuously improve care strategies.
6. Help with organizing and positioning plants to ensure they thrive under the best possible conditions.
7. Contribute to the success of Pick Your Plant by ensuring each plant grows strong and healthy through careful attention and maintenance.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 16th Sep'24 and 21st Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Candidates pursuing in the final year of BSc Agriculture.
2. Candidates who have completed a BSc Agriculture degree.
