Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in substrate sterilization, and boiling processes for mushroom spawn production.
2. Perform inoculation of mother cultures and spawn bags under aseptic conditions.
3. Conduct quality control checks to ensure the purity and viability of mushroom spawn cultures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area to prevent contamination and ensure optimal growth conditions.
5. Collaborate with experienced staff to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
6. Participate in research projects to improve production methods and efficiencies.
7. Record and analyze data from experiments to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
8. Support other production activities as required to contribute to the team's overall success.

Requirements:

1. Ability to commute independently; a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory.
2. Passion for microbiology, biology, or agriculture.
3. Eagerness to learn and apply practical techniques in mushroom spawn production.
