About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Set daily, weekly & monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
3. Oversee and coach employees on best production practices.
4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
5. Check production output to meet specifications and quality standards.
6. Submit reports and maintain records on performance and progress.
7. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
8. Train new employees in machinery use and procedural adherence.
9. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
10. Set and achieve performance goals related to safety, line utilization, and quality.
11. Address day-to-day operational challenges to meet short- and long-term performance objectives.
12. Assist in QC activities
13. Administer policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Passion for fermented beverages and foods.

2. Have a curious mind.

3. Education: Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Home Science, Biotechnology or related fields.

4. Have an understanding of TPM process, HCCAP, Nutrition, Food Safety Management Systems, Production Planning and Fermentation.
