1. Manage agriculture data collection in terms of queries from farmers
2. Conduct field visits to understand the problems of farmers at ground level and should maintain detailed records
3. Study plants and soil to develop advisory for better plantation, cultivation and harvesting techniques, improve crop yield, and solve problems facing in the agriculture industry
4. Identify and solve problems related to plant or soil nutrition, damage from insects or wildlife, weather or climate changes, or the use of specialized products, such as pesticides, fertilizers, etc.
5. Prepare and conduct advisory information sessions and lectures for farmers and other groups
6. Develop work plans and tracking
7. Work with farmers, agriculture experts in community management
