About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Formalizing all required documents (SOW, JMA, sponsorship agreement, change order form) Secure Legal (CELA) approval with the respective team.
2. Working on PO process/maintenance in in-house tool MyOrder, CIM, Payment Central, etc.
3. Creating vendors
4. Working on SSPA(Microsoft) enrollment of vendors
5. Following up with finance with PO Accrual processing
6. Processing post PO submission works like documenting proof of execution (POE), invoice submission (MS Invoice), and invoice follow
