Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Produce high-quality video content such as project tours, reels, and real estate news updates.
2. Stay updated on real estate market trends and developments for accurate information delivery.
3. Present real estate news clearly, engagingly, and professionally.
4. Write compelling scripts for various content types to ensure clarity and engagement.
5. Utilize social media platforms to increase content reach and engagement.
6. Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach.
7. Collaborate closely with content, design, and video production teams for cohesive output.

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in producing video and written content, preferably in the real estate domain.

2. Language proficiency: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi, both written and spoken.

3. Camera presence: Excellent on-camera presence with the ability to engage and captivate the audience.

4. Social media: Active social media presence with at least 3K followers on one or more platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

5. Technical skills: Working knowledge of design and video editing software is an added advantage.

6. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with real estate trends, market analysis, and property tours.

7. Voiceover skills: Proficiency in voiceover work.
