1. Production Management:
Coordinate and oversee production processes to ensure timelines are met.
Work closely with artisans and vendors to maintain a smooth workflow.
2. Quality Check:
Conduct detailed quality inspections at every stage of production.
Ensure all finished products align with the brand's sustainability and craftsmanship standards.
3. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, trims, and finished goods.
Track and replenish stock levels to support production needs efficiently.
4. Merchandising Support:
Assist in organizing collections for lookbooks, line sheets, or campaigns.
Collaborate with the design team to align production with merchandising requirements.
5. Hands-On Tasks:
Participate in sampling, fittings, material sourcing, and packaging preparation.
Troubleshoot production challenges with practical and innovative solutions.
