About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Garment construction expertise: Analyze and oversee the production of garments, ensuring precise pattern-making, fabric usage, and sewing techniques
2. Material knowledge: Work closely with sourcing teams to select the best fabrics and trims, keeping in mind functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness
3. Quality assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures during sampling, production, and final inspection phases to ensure consistent product excellence
4. Technical collaboration: Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and manufacturers to troubleshoot production challenges and achieve the desired fit and finish
5. Innovation & trends: Stay updated on emerging garment technologies, production techniques, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
