About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and building strong relationships
2. Solution development: Analyze customer needs and develop customized 3D printing solutions to meet their specific requirements
3. Technical support: Provide training and technical support to customers, ensuring they can operate our 3D printers effectively
4. Problem-solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to 3D printing processes, hardware, and software
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with our R&D and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to continually improve our products
6. Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, technical solutions, and best practices
7. Education and training: Stay updated on the latest 3D printing technologies and share knowledge with customers and the internal team

Added requirements

1. Those who are from or open to relocating to Noida and neighboring cities

2. Should have a basic knowledge of 3D CAD designing

3. A diploma degree in engineering or a related field (bachelor's preferred)

4. Proven experience with 3D printing technology and relevant software

5. Strong problem-solving and technical skills

6. Excellent communication and customer service abilities

7. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed

8. Knowledge of various 3D printing technologies (e.g., FDM, SLA, SLS) is a plus
