About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 'Architectural Draftsmen Intern' to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural drafting, design, and project management. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced architects and designers to support various phases of project development, from conceptualization to execution.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
2. Support the design team in developing project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and 3D models.
3. Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accurate and timely completion of project deliverables.
4. Conduct site visits and assist in measuring and documenting existing conditions.
5. Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in architecture, architectural drafting, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and other design software is a plus.
3. Basic understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
