Architecture Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors using Revit
2. Researching and identifying products (finishes, fixtures, etc.)
3. Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs
4. Assisting in the preparation of studies and reports
5. Planning diagrams/layouts during schematic design, demonstrating ability to arrange a unified design
6. Designing the structure
7. Sourcing materials for construction
8. Working on construction site visit
9. Assisting in the implementation
10. Assisting in proper documentation of project files

Requirements:

1. Intern proficient in the candidate should have a thorough knowledge of Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, & Rhino
2. Should be willing to learn under the guidance of the principal designer to produce shop-quality drawings, construction documents, renders, etc.
3. Should be adept in quick drafting along with a keen interest in developing design details
