About the internship
Assisting in Design Development: Supporting senior architects in the creation of design concepts and developing architectural plans, layouts, and details for residential and commercial projects.
Drafting and Modeling: Using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Site Visits and Analysis: Participating in site visits to gather data, observe construction progress, and ensure designs are being implemented as planned.
Project Documentation: Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and technical specifications.
Research and Material Selection: Conducting research on materials, building systems, and sustainable design solutions, and assisting in the selection of appropriate materials for specific projects.
Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with the architecture, interior design, and project management teams to ensure seamless project coordination.
Client Interaction Support: Attending client meetings and assisting in the preparation of presentations or proposals under the guidance of senior staff.
