About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and optimize AI models for image processing and computer vision tasks using OpenCV
2. Implement algorithms in C++ for various real-time vision-based applications.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to design, test, and deploy machine learning solutions
4. Assist in data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation for model training.
5. Work on integrating OpenCV functionalities with AI-driven solutions for object detection, classification, and tracking
6. Debug and enhance existing AI and computer vision systems to improve performance and accuracy

Other requirements

Proficiency in C++ with experience in developing optimized, high-performance code

Strong knowledge of OpenCV and its application in computer vision

Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, with experience in implementing AI models

Familiarity with neural networks, image processing techniques, and common AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus

Ability to work on Linux-based systems and use tools like Git for version control

Problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience with any AI or computer vision projects (internship, academic, or personal) is highly desirable

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1 per design).
