Added requirements

1. Should have hands-on in Python programming

2. Should have good theoretical skills in AI/ML (concepts/techniques)

3. Should have the ability to perform and provide critical feedback on state-of-the-art solutions

4. Should be proficient in Python programming and its libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Numpy, scikit-learn, Flask API, SQL, OpenCV)

5. Should be proficient in detection/classification/segmentation models with TensorFlow/PyTorch, etc.
