We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Generative AI/LLM Developer or Prompt Engineer. This entry-level position will involve working with state-of-the-art language models (LLMs), generative AI systems, and prompt optimization techniques to build and enhance applications that leverage natural language understanding and generation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with senior AI developers and product teams to integrate LLMs into various applications.
2. Design, test, and optimize prompts for generative AI models to deliver the best possible output for various use cases (e.g., content generation, customer service automation, etc.).
3. Assist in fine-tuning and adapting pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, GPT-Neo) to specific tasks.
4. Conduct research on prompt engineering best practices to improve AI-generated outputs.
5. Help build applications that integrate with APIs for generative AI models.
6. Assist in evaluating the performance of language models and provide feedback to improve results.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product management) to support AI projects.
8. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Equivalent hands-on experience or academic projects can be considered.
2. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts: Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and generative models like GPT, BERT, or similar.
3. Programming experience: Familiarity with Python and relevant libraries like Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
4. Prompt engineering: Basic knowledge or willingness to learn how to design and refine prompts to achieve desired outcomes in generative models.
5. Model fine-tuning: Understanding of or willingness to learn about transfer learning and fine-tuning language models on custom datasets.
6. API knowledge: Basic knowledge of integrating with APIs, particularly OpenAI’s GPT models or similar APIs.
7. Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze issues, research solutions, and optimize model performance.
8. Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Experience working on academic or side projects involving NLP, generative AI, or machine learning models.
