About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in developing machine learning and computer vision models for ADAS applications, such as object detection, lane-keeping, and collision avoidance
2. Support the implementation of AI/ML algorithms for sensor fusion across multiple sensors (e.g., cameras, LiDAR, radar)
3. Work with the team to process and analyze large datasets for training and evaluating AI models
4. Assist in the development of simulation environments to test and validate AI models for real-world driving scenarios
5. Support the integration of AI/ML models with ADAS platforms and contribute to model optimization for real-time performance
6. Help in evaluating the performance and accuracy of machine learning models using various metrics and benchmarks
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and researchers, to improve ADAS functionality and performance
8. Participate in code reviews and team meetings, providing input on ongoing projects and solutions
9. Learn and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies, especially as applied to autonomous driving

Other requirements

1. Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms (e.g., supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning)

2. Familiarity with computer vision techniques and libraries (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)

3. Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar

4. Understanding of sensor technologies (e.g., cameras, LiDAR, radar) and how they are used in ADAS systems is a plus

5. Ability to work with large datasets and tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar

6. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and deep learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)

7. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen interest in AI and autonomous driving technologies

9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a desire to learn and work in a team environment
