About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Email Communication: Revert, compose, edit, and manage email correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
2. Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues or inquiries received via email, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Organizational Skills: Organize and prioritize email tasks to ensure efficient handling and response.
4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through written communication, addressing concerns and queries with a customer-centric approach.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of email interactions and resolutions for future reference.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address and resolve cross-functional issues or queries.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to email handling processes and communication strategies.

We are looking for candidates who are willing to join full time post internship.
