Associate Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing HR data.
2. Prepare detailed job descriptions for open positions.
3. Screen resumes to identify candidates with matching skill sets and qualifications.
4. Source potential recruits from job search websites and proactively reach out to them.
5. Interview prospective sales staff using industry-standard techniques to assess their fit.
6. Onboard new hires, guide them through the hiring and training processes and ensure a smooth transition.
7. Serve as an employee advocate, offering support to both new hires and current employees.
8. Complete all new-hire paperwork for candidates who meet the job expectations.
