Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize MS Excel to organize and analyze customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns
2. Oversee data management processes
3. Conduct cold calls, send emails, and follow up with prospects
4. Demonstrate self-reliance and leadership in assigned tasks
5. Facilitate audience and speaker acquisition for both virtual and physical events
6. Initiate contact and conduct calls with potential participants
7. Create and draft compelling email content for outreach
8. Manage the database by building and maintaining it effectively
