As an automotive styling intern at Vayve Mobility, you will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to contribute to the design and development of our next-generation vehicles. This is a creative role and is not a technical or mechanical design opportunity.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate and iterate conceptual sketches for vehicle exteriors and interiors
2. Work on translating conceptual ideas into 3D digital models using industry-standard software such as Blender 3D and Autodesk Alias along with Adobe Photoshop
3. Create realistic renderings to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals

1. Design thinking and manifestation are the core requirements for this role
2. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (B.Des or M.Des) in automotive design, industrial design, or a related field
3. Proficient in using design software such as Blender 3D, Autodesk Alias, Sketchbook, and Adobe Creative Suite
4. Strong hand-sketching abilities to quickly communicate and iterate design concepts
5. Creative agility along with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to think outside the box to bring innovative design ideas to the table
6. Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to present and articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders
7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
