Aviation Data Analysis Internship

Selected intern's daily responsibilities include:

1. Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
2. Analyze customer requirements, and RFQs, create proposals, quote prices, and negotiate pricing within company pricing guidelines
3. Perform high-volume data entry using Word processing, spreadsheet, database, and other software
4. Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
5. Enter all vendor quotes, customer quotes, sales orders, and purchase order data into the ERP system and other methods/applications as instructed
6. Review the data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies
7. Maintain a filing system and protect confidential customer information
8. Conduct research and obtain accurate pricing information from marketplaces for various aircraft parts

Skills & Requirements:

1. One or more years of aviation/BPO experience
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
3. Professional demeanor and phone etiquette
4. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
6. The candidate must be willing to work UK/USA shift timings (essential and mandatory)
7. Effective communication: English proficiency (spoken & written)
8. Good command of MS Office, MS Access, and MS- Excel
9. Extensive knowledge of big data analytics, business analysis, business research, data analytics, financial literacy, estimation, market research, sales, and sales and marketing
