We are seeking a skilled and motivated back office executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for book publishing and the ability to work closely with authors to understand their requirements while preparing the book interior. This role requires proficiency in MS Word, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the English language.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with authors to understand their requirements for book interior preparation
2. Utilize MS Word to prepare and format the book interior according to the authors' specifications
3. Update relevant personnel on the progress and status of the work
4. Maintain clear and effective communication with authors and team members
5. Ensure high-quality standards in the final product
