Back Office Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Back Office Management: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
3. Email and Call Management: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely information. Maintains a professional and courteous communication style
4. Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing. Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments. Provide administrative support to the sales team
5.CRM and Website Updates: Input and update deal information, client data, and property listings on the CRM portal
