Backend Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements
2. Writing scalable code using Python programming language
3. Testing and debugging applications
4. Integrating data storage solutions
5. Reprogramming existing databases to improve functionality
6. Learning about new technologies and staying up to date with current best practices
7. Building high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future
8. Participating in the overall application lifecycle
9. Working with a program manager closely and highlighting blockers across various departments like operations, mentor supply, content, marketing teams ensuring program efficiency
10. Owning various program processes and solving for the gaps in the system
11. Managing reporting and tracking of metrics in the database/programs
