Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and MongoDB to support our platform's functionality
2. Create and implement REST APIs for seamless communication between different components of our system
3. Configure and optimize Nginx server for efficient data routing and processing
4. Set up and manage Amazon Web Server (AWS) instances to ensure scalability and reliability of our services
5. Design and manage MySQL databases to store and retrieve data efficiently
6. Collaborate with the frontend development team to integrate backend services seamlessly with the user interface
7. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in backend development to continuously improve our platform's performance and user experience
