About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the In-house IoT platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
2. Develop and integrate APIs to manage IoT devices, data streams, and rules within the platform.
3. Collaborate with the frontend development team to implement and optimize data flow and APIs for real-time monitoring and device management.
4. Support the implementation of cloud-based solutions and help integrate external systems and services (e.g., AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT).
5. Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize code.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform's backend architecture.
7. Ensure proper data security practices are in place, including encryption and authentication.
8. Contribute to technical documentation, including API documentation, deployment guides, and system architecture.

3. Experience working with IoT-specific technologies like MQTT brokers, device provisioning, and data stream management.
