Backend Engineering (Node.js & JavaScript) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement the business logic for the back end of a web application
2. Assist in the development and maintenance of our Node.js-based web applications
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
4. Collaborate with our team to design, develop and implement new features and functionality
5. Assist in optimizing and scaling our applications for performance and reliability
6. Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in production environments

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should have hands-on experience in Node.js and JavaScript to create RESTful APIs
2. Should be experienced in using databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
3. Should have experience in using version control systems like VS Code, GitHub
4. Familiar with the deployment of Node.js applications on AWS
5. Should be able to use Postman and test the backend logic
6. Should have good debugging skills
7. Team player with an ownership mindset
8. Good at sharing diverse ideas with clarity of thought
