About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design battery pack using multi-modular concepts
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design-development, manufacturing, and supply chain)
3. Assist the manufacturing and process team in scaling up battery pack production
4. Liaise with testing agencies for certifications (ICAT, ARAI, etc.)
5. Select cell tab joining methods such as bolting, laser welding, spot welding, and wire bonding
6. Calculate busbar thickness and design

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

Other requirements

1. Hands-on experience in Designing Tools: - SolidWorks/ NX/ Catia V5

2. Understanding about cell chemistry like NMC, NCA, LFP etc.

3. Strong hold on thermodynamics concepts

4. Structural and thermal management designing of the battery pack and other auxiliary systems

5. Knowledge of passive and active cooling systems

6. Should have strong communication and presentation skills

7. Strong in technical decision making
