About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cacao processing - Sorting, roasting, cracking, winnowing, and grinding cacao beans
2. Chocolate production - Refining, tempering, molding, and packaging chocolate
3. Quality control - Ensuring product consistency and maintaining hygiene standards
4. Equipment handling - Operating and maintaining chocolate-making machines
5. Inventory & supply management - Assisting in ingredient tracking and stock replenishment
6. Cleaning & maintenance - Keeping the workspace and equipment sanitized and organized
