As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing processes within the company. This includes generating invoices, tracking payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate billing cycles. You will collaborate closely with the finance team, sales team, and clients to ensure smooth operations and timely payments.
1. Billing Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of billing data, including rates, quantities, and discounts
2. Reporting: Generating regular reports on billing activities, outstanding invoices, and collections status for management review

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field

4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
