Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include building custom NGS analysis pipelines
Skills & Requirements:
1. Proficient in R/Python and Linux
2. Knowledge of various databases and tools used for analyzing human/microbial genomes
3. Good knowledge of human and population genetics, nanopore analysis, pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow/Snakemake) and version and control tools (GitHub)

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
