1. A clear understanding of blockchain, blockchain architecture, and its ecosystem & related algorithms
2. Should have good hands-on programming skills on any of the listed programming languages
3. Working knowledge in Blockchain platforms, decentralized technologies, & distributed ledger technologies (DLTs)
4. Knowledge on building ERC20 token interfaces to 3rd party DAPPS, ICO, Wallets, exchanges, tokens in Ethereum is a must
5. Knowledge of libraries for smart contract interaction & cryptography
6. Understanding of Bitcoin including asymmetric (public/private key), symmetric, hash functions, encryption/signatures
7. Understanding of various distributed consensus methodologies (Mining, PoS, etc.)
8. Expertise in Ethereum, Bitcoin, Ripple, Smart contract, and Solidity
9. Knowledge of development tools for Ethereum (Truffle, Web3, testrpc, geth, eth Lightwallet, etc.) is a plus
