1. Must have development experience with Blockchain & Distributed Ledger technologies
2. Must be flexible to explore different Blockchain be it Bitcoin core, Ethereum, Hyperledger, IPFS, Corda, Multichain, etc.
3. Must know Blockchain enterprise technology framework design and development solutions
4. Must have hands-on experience on Solidity and Hyperledger
5. Must know the cryptographic principles of Blockchain technologies
6. Must have an understanding of P2P networks and how blockchain architecture, private keys, and standards/protocols work
7. Must be familiar with creating documents, presentation slides
8. Must have clear, effective, and proactive communication skills with good presentation skills
9. Must have the ability to work independently with little/no supervision
