About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
2. Work closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports, and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable, and receivable, and manage invoices, and tax payments
3. Accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company
4. Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
5. Bring the books to the trial balance stage
6. Perform partial checks of the posting process
7. Complete tax forms
8. Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
9. Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 8th May'20 and 12th Jun'20
  3. are available for duration of 3 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
  1. Proven bookkeeping experience
  2. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles
  3. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures, and financial records
  4. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  5. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
  6. Proficiency in English and in MS-Office
  7. Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  8. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  9. BS degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
