The branch internship trainee associate will undergo a training program at Muthoot Branches, gaining both practical and theoretical knowledge throughout the internship.
1. Handle walk-in inquiries and support customers at the branch for KYC and documentation upkeep.
2. Provide customer service and orientation.
3. In-house cross-selling of products (inside the branch only).
4. Make interest collection calls and inform existing customers of updates; handle some backend work at the branch.
5. Prospect and identify new leads, then pitch to clients.
6. Provide client service to existing customers, managing all aspects of customer relationships.
